Help us build the Corporate Business of Tripplanners

? We are hiring — and this is an important role for Tripplanners.
After 20+ years in the travel business, we are now looking to significantly expand our Corporate Travel & B2B business.
I am looking for a smart, energetic and hungry Corporate Sales Development Executive who can help me build this business.
Your job will be simple to understand, but challenging to execute:
Find the right companies → identify the right decision-makers → start conversations → generate qualified meetings.
You should be comfortable using LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, researching companies, speaking to senior professionals, making calls and following up relentlessly.
This is NOT a data-entry job.
This is NOT a routine telecalling job.
We are looking for someone who enjoys opening doors.
You will work closely with me and will get an chance to interact with CEOs, Founders, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads and other senior corporate professionals.

Your primary responsibility will be:
Find → Connect → Engage → Qualify → Fix Meetings
You will:
Identify target corporate companies across India.
Research companies and identify the right decision-makers.
Use LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, email and telephone to reach prospects.
Identify CEOs, Founders, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Travel Managers, Procurement Heads and other relevant decision-makers.
Initiate conversations through personalised LinkedIn messages, emails and calls.
Follow up systematically with prospects.
Understand the company's travel requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Generate qualified appointments for the Founder.
Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up information in CRM/Google Sheets.
Research prospects before approaching them rather than sending generic mass messages.
