Role Description The Guest Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for welcoming guests and customers, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to exit. Daily activities include handling inquiries in person and over phone/email, coordinating property visits, maintaining visitor records,



and supporting sales and customer service teams with guest follow-ups. The Guest Relationship Executive also assists with organizing meetings or events at the site, addresses basic service concerns, and escalates issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. The role requires consistent adherence to company standards of hospitality, communication, and presentation.
Qualifications
Solid customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and maintain a welcoming environment.
Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear verbal and written abilities for interacting with diverse customers and internal teams.
Basic administrative and coordination skills, including handling visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and supporting documentation for guest interactions.
