Role Description The Social Media Strategist is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for developing and executing data-driven social media strategies across platforms to support clients’ brand, lead generation, and engagement goals. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, coordinating with designers and writers, optimizing posts for reach and engagement,



and monitoring performance metrics and campaign ROI. The strategist will manage community interactions, respond to audience comments in alignment with brand guidelines, and collaborate closely with account managers and the digital marketing team. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and presenting regular performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize cross-platform campaigns.
Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills to manage brand voice, audience interactions, and stakeholder expectations.
Proficiency in Content Strategy for social platforms, including planning thematic campaigns and aligning content with business goals.
Experience working with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, Instagram Insight
