Role Description The Assistant Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, supporting day-to-day operations on the shop floor or in designated work areas. This role assists the Supervisor in planning and allocating tasks, monitoring production activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and company standards. The Assistant Supervisor helps coordinate workers, tracks progress against daily targets, and reports any issues or delays to management.



Responsibilities include maintaining basic documentation, supporting inventory checks, and facilitating communication between team members and leadership. The role also involves identifying minor process improvements, ensuring tools and equipment are used correctly, and helping onboard and guide new team members.
Qualifications

Ability to support production supervision, including task allocation, workflow monitoring, and adherence to quality and safety procedures.
Basic understanding of electrical/electronic manufacturing operations or industrial processes, with willingness to learn company-specific methods.
