Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for RedBrik.com’s real estate advisory services. This full time, on-site role is based in Vrindavan and involves supervising a sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent achievement of business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property options, and negotiating terms to close deals.



The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales strategies, maintain accurate sales reports, and uphold the company’s standards of transparency and trust in all client interactions.
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or advisory services, preferably in residential or local markets.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
