Role Description The Corporate Recruiter will work full time on-site in Ahmedabad and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks, and screening applications to create strong talent pipelines.



The role involves conducting interviews, coordinating selection processes, and supporting offer negotiations while maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Corporate Recruiter will also update recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records, assist with employer branding initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in corporate recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across multiple functions.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, ATS) and maintain organized candidate records.
Solid understanding of HR best practices, basic labor laws, and ethical hiring standards.
