Company Description Pfoods.in (Plant Foods) is a food-technology start-up focused on plant-based nutrition that is both health-conscious and environmentally responsible. The company develops proprietary platform technologies for plant-based dairy alternatives and plant-based proteins. Its plant-based dairy products are designed to taste comparable to animal milk and work seamlessly in everyday uses such as desi tea and coffee. Pfoods.in aims to make sustainable, plant-based options accessible and appealing to a wide range of consumers, supporting a shift toward more planet-friendly diets.
Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including retail, HORECA, and institutional channels, and building a strong sales pipeline for Pfoods.in’s plant-based product portfolio. The Manager will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, manage key accounts, and nurture partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.



Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, contract closure, and performance reporting. The role also involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to align commercial initiatives with brand positioning and supply capabilities.
