About the Role:-

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth for our PU Chemical portfolio across the West India region.

Product Portfolio:-
•MDI
•TDI
•Polyol
•PU Systems

Key Responsibilities:-

•Develop new customers and business opportunities across West India.
•Identify and approach potential customers in the PU and related industries.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
•Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and convert opportunities into sales.
•Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
•Manage quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.




•Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
•Regularly update sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Preferred Profile:-

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc. Chemistry / MBA – Sales & Marketing.

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or chemical industry.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Knowledge of PU chemicals or polyurethane applications will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across the West India region.

Knowledge of local languages such as Gujarati, Marathi, or Hindi will be an advantage.
