Role Description The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize Hozy Man’s online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and order flow across marketplaces and the brand’s own website. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels to drive traffic, conversion, and brand awareness.



The specialist will analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales data to refine strategies, improve ROI, and support demand forecasting. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design and operations teams, improving product content and merchandising, monitoring customer feedback, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience aligned with Hozy Man’s streetwear brand identity.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of commerce and e-commerce operations, including online merchandising and marketplace management.
