Role Description As a Chartered Accountant – Co Founder at Verdicto, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term growth. This is a full-time,



on-site position based in Noida, where you will collaborate closely with the founding team to refine the business model, pricing structures, and financial planning for scalable operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing accounting and compliance, monitoring tax and GST matters, and ensuring that internal controls and reporting standards meet regulatory and investor expectations. You will contribute to building and improving service offerings for users, including consultation workflows and documentation review processes, and may participate in high-value client consultations when needed. The role also involves mentoring team members, supporting fundraising and investor relations, and providing strategic input on technology, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
