Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role for auto loans and used car loans, based in Prayagraj.



The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets for auto and used car loan products through effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth. Typical day-to-day activities include managing and guiding the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with car dealers and other channel partners, and conducting regular market visits to identify new business opportunities. The role includes assessing customer eligibility, coordinating with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing, and monitoring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and implement local strategies aligned with Bandhan Bank’s service and compliance standards.
