Job Description
Leading EV OEM in the commercial vehicle space (backed by marquee global investors) is looking for a Program Manager – Supply Chain to work directly with the Co-founder leading Supply Chain & Manufacturing. This is a high-ownership role driving current product programs across sourcing, engineering, quality, plant and finance.

n What you'll own:
n
- n
- End-to-end NPI supply chain planning — sourcing, tooling, PPAP/APQP, pilot builds, ramp readinessn
- Localisation roadmap for imported/single-source components, working with R&D; & suppliersn
- Cost programs — VA/VE, should-cost analysis, design-to-cost, alternate sourcingn
- Risk mapping & dual-sourcing for critical commodities (cells, power electronics, semiconductors, castings)n
- S&OP; process, inventory health, working capital, MOQ/lead-time optimizationn
- Dashboards & reporting via ERP/MES — program status, supplier scorecards, OTIF trackingn
- Cross-functional coordination across R&D;, plant ops, quality, finance & salesn

n Must-have:

- n
- 3+ years in Supply Chain, Sourcing, SQD, Planning or Program Management — Automotive/EV/high-mix manufacturingn
- Hands-on NPI experience (part sourcing → SOP), including PPAP/APQP & toolingn
- Strong commercial acumen — should-cost, negotiation, supplier contractsn
- Advanced Excel + ERP data modeling skillsn
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authorityn
- Willingness to travel to plant/supplier sites regularlyn
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Production or related)n
