About the Role:

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Head / Senior Business Development Leader with strong experience in IT Services, Engineering Staffing, Technology Solutions, or related services, along with a proven track record of selling to enterprise clients across the APJ region.This is a hands-on, high-ownership sales leadership role for someone who can open enterprise doors, build strategic relationships, win new accounts, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to define the APJ go-to-market strategy, identify high-value target accounts, build a strong sales pipeline, and establish long-term enterprise partnerships.

As the business scales, you will have the prospect to build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team.





Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Client Acquisition:
- Identify, target, and acquire mid-market and large enterprise technology organizations across APJ.
- Build relationships with CXOs, CIO/CTO organizations, Business Heads, HR/TA leaders, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to create opportunities within strategic enterprise accounts.
- Open new logos across markets such as Australia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and other APJ markets.
- Drive the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities and consistently achieve revenue targets.

IT Services & Technology Solutions Sales:
- Sell IT services, engineering services, technology staffing, recruitment solutions, and project-based talent solutions
