- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Monitor project deliverables and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project health.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a team-oriented environment to enhance team performance.
