A client site going down, a bad deployment, or an unverified backup are the kinds of problems that shouldn’t happen quietly — someone needs to own uptime, deployments, and data protection as a full time responsibility, not an afterthought. This role exists to be that owner: managing the ongoing health, deployment lifecycle, and uptime of client websites, with strong hands-on expertise across WordPress and e-commerce platforms.

You’ll work closely with Developers, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to prevent downtime, catch issues before clients notice them, and make sure every release goes live cleanly.
