About the RolenWCMS is looking for a Customer Support & B2B Coordination Executive to support our growing business network. The role involves communicating with B2B clients and leads, following up on enquiries, coordinating meetings and maintaining professional client relationships.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Handle enquiries from businesses, clients and partners.n
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.n
- Understand basic client requirements and coordinate with the appropriate WCMS team.n
- Schedule and coordinate online and offline meetings.n
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.n
- Coordinate with B2B partners and business associates.n
- Share company profiles,



presentations and relevant information.n
- Maintain lead and client records using Excel/CRM.n
- Ensure timely and professional communication with prospects.n

Requirementsn
- n
- Fresh graduates only – 0–1 year experience.n
- Good spoken and written English.n
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over phone.n
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp.n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.n
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.n
