nRoles and responsibilities:

n1. Fundraising & Capital Markets

- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with potential equity investors, institutional investors, mutual funds, private equity funds, family offices, and other financial investors.n
- Lead and manage equity fundraising initiatives, including preparation of financial models, business plans, valuations, investor presentations and due diligence requirementsn
- Manage investor relationships and communicate the company’s growth and financial performance, while advising the Management and Board on suitable capital sources and structures.n
- Lead coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors and auditors for fundraising/capital-market transactions, while optimizing the company’s capital structure and cost of capital.n
