nWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process – General Insurance (Claims Processing) team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving insurance-related queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
nThe ideal candidate should have solid English communication skills, good listening ability, a customer-oriented approach, and the flexibility to work in international shifts.

- Understand customer requirements and help them with best available optionsn

- Adhere to process guidelines and quality parametersn

nEligibility Criteria:

- Graduates with experience in International Voice BPO domain Mandatory.n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Englishn
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability.n

- Saturday - Sunday Fix Weekoffn
- UK Rotational Shiftn
