Lead the AI Solutioning function by qualifying opportunities, driving solution governance, shaping commercial strategy, and ensuring AI engagements are technically sound, commercially viable, and deliverable. The role requires strong enterprise consulting leadership, executive client engagement, and ownership of the AI Solutioning Hub’s P&L; and technical direction.

Responsibilities:
- Own prospect qualification, including technical feasibility, commercial viability, and delivery capacity.
- Establish AI Solutioning governance, decision rights, review standards, and escalation processes.
- Review and approve AI solutions, architectures, and proposals before client submission.
- Define commercial strategy, including pricing, scope, risk allocation, and delivery considerations.
- Lead technical and business presentations with CIO, CDO, CTO, and CFO-level stakeholders.
- Build and maintain executive relationships across strategic client accounts.
- Own Hub P&L;, including resourcing, hiring, utilization, and margins.
- Lead solution and architecture review gates throughout the sales cycle.
