Digiweave is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of paid campaigns and drive measurable results for our clients.
You will work on real D2C, E-commerce, Fashion, Lifestyle and FMCG brands, managing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a focus on leads, sales, conversions and growth.
Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads .
Drive leads, sales, conversions and customer acquisition through paid marketing.
Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA/CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate .
Analyse campaign performance and take data-driven optimisation decisions.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies and campaign strategies .
Work with creative and social media teams to develop performance-focused creatives.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with platform changes, competitor activity and digital marketing trends.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing .
~ Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads .
~ Experience managing D2C and E-commerce campaigns independently.
~ Proven ability to generate leads and/or sales through paid marketing .
~ Solid understanding of campaign optimisation, tracking and performance analysis.
~ Good knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA and conversion metrics .
~ Experience with Amazon Ads or Flipkart Ads will be an added advantage.
~ Digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.
