This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the finance and accounting operations. Role requires robust expertise in transition management, multi-country accounting, and process migration across diverse systems such as Xero or equivalent accounting applications.
Lead the end-to-end transition of finance processes from client entities to GCC.
• Conduct detailed process understanding, mapping, and gap analysis.
• Document and standardize migrated processes with SOPs and control checkpoints.
