Work Exp - 5–8 Years Experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery .

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer onboarding, KYC and customer master data .

Handle pricing inputs including diamond rates, labour charges, gold loss and other commercial parameters.

Manage end-to-end sales orders from quotation to invoicing and dispatch.

Coordinate with Design, Production, QC, Certification, Logistics and Finance teams.

Track order TATs, delivery timelines and documentation accuracy .

Lead the back-office team, allocate work and monitor productivity.





Ensure accuracy in pricing, billing and order processing .

Key Requirements

~3–8 years of experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery .

~ Strong understanding of diamonds, gold, jewellery costing and order processing .

~ Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination .

~ Good ERP/CRM skills; jewellery ERP experience preferred.

~ Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
