Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Executive role based in Noida .

The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, managing outbound sales activities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall sales process.

In addition to sales and business development activities, the candidate will also support our staff augmentation business by understanding client requirements and identifying suitable candidate profiles from available sources and databases.

Generate leads and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.





Conduct regular outreach to prospective clients and introduce our consulting and staff augmentation services.

Understand client requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.

Manage and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Work closely with the internal sales and delivery teams to move qualified opportunities forward.

Support staff augmentation requirements by searching for and identifying suitable candidate profiles based on client needs.

Source relevant candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other available platforms.

Maintain lead, client, and candidate-related information in CRM or relevant tracking tools.

Support the development and execution of sales and business development strategies.

Experience & Qualifications

~1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.

~ Prior experience in B2B IT Sales or Technology Sales is preferred.
