Remoat Teams is recruiting Client Partners on behalf of our client: an AI technology company selling into the outsourcing market. This is a part time independent contractor engagement, a monthly retainer plus uncapped commission on deals that are closed won.

Outsourced operations run on people, and the people leave. Across the workflows most commonly outsourced today are customer support, finance and accounting, healthcare revenue cycle, IT service desks, data operations, with an annual attrition of 30 to 45% is normal. Filling thousands of seats means screening tens of thousands of candidates without quality collapsing. Credential inflation and proxy interviewing i.e. someone else taking the screening call on the candidate's behalf are routine at volume, and most screening stacks detect neither.

Their AI conducts and evaluates candidate conversations within minutes of application, at any volume,



with verification that the person assessed is the person who starts on day one and the audit trail regulated buyers require.
