Business Partner Manager – Healthcare / MedTech Department: Business Development / Partnerships

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Partner Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare organizations, doctors, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Identify and onboard new B2B healthcare partners .

Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare chains, and medical institutions.

Generate current business opportunities through networking, referrals, meetings, and market research.

Prepare proposals and commercial terms and support partnership closure.

Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding and relationship management .

Work closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, and management teams to execute partnerships.

Track partnership performance, revenue, and business targets.

Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, pipeline, and conversions in CRM.





Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Healthcare (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or equivalent) preferred.

~ Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or Business Development .

~2–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Healthcare, or MedTech .

~ Strong understanding of the healthcare and medical industry .

~ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills .

~ Ability to build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centres, and healthcare organizations .

~ Strong business development, networking, and partnership-closure skills .

~ Target-oriented with strong commercial and analytical abilities.

~ Willingness to travel for meetings and business development activities.
