Take on a current challenge and apply your environmental, health, and safety (EHS) expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a proactive and collaborative team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our people and contractors while minimizing environmental impacts and safeguarding Alstom’s assets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with site management, EHS engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams, driving the implementation of EHS policies, supporting operational management, and ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory,
and company requirements.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining the site’s EHS management system, but also lead initiatives to foster a strong EHS culture and continuous improvement.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting site management in achieving EHS performance goals
Driving the implementation of EHS policies and improvement plans
Conducting EHS risk assessments and implementing control measures
Preparing and maintaining emergency plans at the site level
Ensuring subcontractor activities meet EHS standards
Leading and developing the EHS team at the site
Developing and deploying local EHS procedures and tools
Monitoring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Fostering a strong EHS culture and facilitating continuous improvement
Conducting EHS training and communication initiatives
Reporting, analyzing, and reviewing EHS performance data
