Role Description The Customer Success Manager is a full-time,
remote role responsible for ensuring that learners and corporate clients derive maximum value from Koenig’s training solutions. This role includes onboarding current customers, understanding their learning objectives, and recommending appropriate courses and learning formats. The Customer Success Manager will monitor customer engagement and satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience. Day-to-day activities involve maintaining strong relationships with customers, analyzing usage and performance data, preparing progress reports, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer retention. The role also includes gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement in services and supporting sales and training teams with insights that promote long-term customer success.
