About the Role

/n

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B business development, corporate sales, client acquisition, or project-based sales.

/n

/n

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into projects across retail, commercial, airport,



experiential, interior fit-out, and design & build sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities across relevant B2B and corporate segments.
/n
- Prospect, pitch, and acquire new clients for Design & Build, Retail Fit-outs, Interior, OOH/DOOH, signage, and related projects .
/n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified corporate and commercial leads.
/n
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers, architects, consultants, agencies, developers, and project stakeholders .
/n
- Understand client requirements, project scope, timelines, and commercial expectations.
/n
- Coordinate with internal design, engineering, estimation, and execution teams to develop proposals and pitches.

- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial pitches.
