Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective learners and organizational clients via phone, email, and online meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate learning solutions. The specialist will manage the entire inside sales cycle, including lead qualification, nurturing, product demonstrations, and closing opportunities while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, scheduling consultations,



coordinating with delivery and marketing teams, and ensuring a positive, skilled experience for every prospect. The role also requires tracking sales performance, providing feedback on customer trends, and contributing ideas to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including managing pipelines and converting qualified leads.
Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver consistent, high-quality Customer Service.
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex offerings clearly and persuasively.
Experience working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to monitor performance and optimize sales activities.
Preferred experience in education, training, or professional services sales, with an understanding of skill-based learning
