Educe Micro Research is currently establishing an Electrotechnical Calibration Laboratory in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, and is working towards NABL accreditation for the laboratory.
As we build our laboratory team, we are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in developing a career in precision measurement, electrotechnical calibration, electrical testing, and instrumentation.
Role Description
We are hiring 2 Calibration Technicians for our Electrotechnical Calibration Laboratory in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru.
This is a full-time,



on-site technical position suitable for Diploma candidates who are interested in electrical/electronic measurement, testing, instrumentation, calibration, and hands-on engineering work.
The selected candidates will work under the guidance of the Laboratory Technical Manager and other senior technical personnel. They will receive structured training and supervised hands-on experience in electrotechnical calibration as the laboratory progresses towards NABL accreditation.
When calibration activities are not scheduled, the technicians will also support Educe Micro Research's existing engineering operations, including routine assembly, testing, inspection, and related hands-on technical activities.
This provides an prospect to develop broader practical experience in electrical/electronic equipment while also building specialized skills in precision measurement and calibration.
