Role Description The Quality Management Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves overseeing quality management processes, monitoring product and process compliance with relevant standards, and supporting internal and external audits. Daily responsibilities include managing and documenting customer complaints, maintaining and updating quality records,



preparing reports, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The representative will collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to ensure continuous improvement, adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and API 6D requirements, and consistent delivery of high-quality valves. The role also includes training support for quality procedures and assisting in the implementation of quality initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
