Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Reporting To: HR & Admin Manager
About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, management, and project teams across Pan India. The role involves coordinating flight, train, hotel, and local transport bookings while ensuring cost-effective and timely travel support.
Key Responsibilities

* Handle domestic travel bookings (air, rail, hotels & cab).

* Coordinate travel for site engineers, project teams, and management.

* Compare fares and optimize travel costs.

* Prepare travel itineraries and share booking confirmations.





* Maintain travel records, invoices, and expense reports.

* Liaise with travel vendors and negotiate corporate rates.

* Support emergency and last-minute travel requirements.

* Ensure compliance with the company's travel policy.
Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 2–5 years of experience in Travel Desk or Corporate Travel.

* Valuable knowledge of flight, hotel, and transport bookings.

* Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and travel booking portals.

* Strong coordination and communication skills.
