JASIQ Labs is looking for a Sales Executive with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience to drive customer acquisition for our IT Services and software products such as BrickOps.

The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their business needs, presenting the right software solution, conducting demos, following up consistently and converting opportunities into paying customers.

? Location: Remote / Pune preferred

? Compensation: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

What you’ll do
Generate qualified B2B leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and other outreach channels
Identify and approach business owners, startups, SMEs and decision-makers
Understand customer requirements and business pain points
Sell IT services such as:
Website Development
Web Applications
Mobile Applications
Custom Software Development
Business Automation
AI & Automation Solutions
Sell and demonstrate JASIQ Labs software products, including BrickOps




Conduct personalised product/service presentations and demos
Explain business value, ROI and solutions instead of only technical features
Qualify prospects based on requirement, budget, urgency and decision-making authority
Handle objections, follow-ups, negotiations and sales closures
Coordinate with the technical/delivery team for solution discussions and proposals
Maintain proper lead, opportunity and follow-up records in CRM
Build long-term relationships with customers and potential partners
Work towards monthly lead, demo, conversion and revenue targets
