Role Description The Immigration Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi,



responsible for advising clients on suitable immigration routes and guiding them through end-to-end application processes. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client eligibility, interpreting immigration policies, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating visa submissions for various countries and programs. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global immigration regulations, communicating application requirements clearly, and following up with clients and authorities to resolve issues and ensure timely outcomes. The Immigration Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and uphold the company’s standards of transparency and service quality. Regular client meetings, both in-person and via digital channels, are expected to offer informed guidance and ongoing case management.
