Role Summary

RVAI is an AI‑native services firm helping enterprises move from experimentation to real business outcomes with modern AI. We are now creating a new commercial charter around agentic AI — AI systems that can take action, not just generate insights.

As General Manager – Business Development (Agentic AI), you will own our India agentic AI growth story. You’ll be the senior individual contributor leading end‑to‑end sales for this portfolio, opening current logos, expanding within strategic accounts, and shaping how CXOs think about deploying agentic AI in their businesses. You’ll work closely with the founders, product/solution leaders, and delivery teams to turn opportunities into scalable, repeatable wins and help define what “agentic AI services” means for RVAI and our clients.

What You’ll Work On
Own the full sales cycle for agentic AI opportunities in India—from prospecting and qualification through contracting and handover to delivery
Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline by identifying, researching,



and prioritizing accounts where agentic AI can create tangible business value
Lead CXO‑level and business leader conversations to uncover problems, shape opportunities, and translate them into clear solution hypotheses
Collaborate with founders, product/solution teams, and delivery leads to design approaches, PoVs, demos, and pilot programs tailored to client needs
Drive high‑impact customer meetings, presentations, and workshops that educate stakeholders on agentic AI and move deals forward
Coordinate proposals, pricing, and commercial structures, ensuring they align customer value, delivery feasibility, and RVAI’s growth goals
Lead negotiations to closure, managing legal and commercial discussions and ensuring a smooth transition into delivery and long‑term account growth
Help shape the agentic AI go‑to‑market playbook for India, including messaging, case studies, sales assets, and (over time) hiring and mentoring a small BD team
