Role Description This is a full time,



on-site role based at Unit-2 works in Chennai for a Production Head (Switchboards) and an EPLAN Designer. The Production Head will oversee end-to-end production activities for switchboards, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. This role involves coordinating with design, procurement, and project teams, managing shop-floor workflows, optimizing production efficiency, and leading a multidisciplinary team to meet delivery timelines and cost targets. The EPLAN Designer will be responsible for preparing electrical schematics, layouts, and panel designs using EPLAN, ensuring conformity with project specifications, standards, and customer requirements. The EPLAN Designer will collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to support manufacturability, documentation, and continuous improvement of design and panel-building processes.
