Coffee Culture is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid digital campaigns, with the primary objective of generating high-quality franchise enquiries across India.

This is not a social media/content role.

We need someone who understands how to use Google Ads + Meta Ads to generate actual business leads, continuously improve lead quality, reduce acquisition cost and build campaigns that eventually convert into franchise meetings and closures.

What you’ll own

* Plan, launch and optimise Google Search, Display & Performance Max campaigns
* Manage Meta Ads across Facebook & Instagram
* Generate franchise leads across selected cities and markets
* Build city-wise, investment-wise and audience-wise campaigns
* Keyword research, search intent analysis and negative keyword management
* Audience targeting, lookalikes, remarketing and retargeting
* A/B testing of creatives, copies, offers and audiences
* Improve landing pages and lead forms for better conversion
* Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, GA4/GTM and UTMs




* Track leads from campaign → qualified lead → meeting → conversion
* Work closely with our franchise sales team to understand which campaigns are actually producing quality prospects
* Support selected outlet-launch and local customer-acquisition campaigns
* Prepare straightforward weekly performance reports with clear recommendations

Who we’re looking for

* 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
* Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
* Experience with lead-generation campaigns
* Agency experience would be a strong advantage
* Comfortable managing and optimising advertising budgets independently
* Strong understanding of fun
