About the Role

Building Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Head to lead the company's sales growth.

This is a leadership opportunity for a sales professional who understands the Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Glass / Plywood industry and has the ability to convert market opportunities into sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead sales team for sales and business development.

Generate and convert leads through appointments, Client / Architect meetings and market visits.

Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers and end customers.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team.

Identify current market opportunities and expand the company's customer network.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and review sales performance reports with management.

What We’re Looking For

Relevant experience in the Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Glass / Plywood industry

Proven experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.

Strong understanding of the local area also.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.

Ability to build relationships and generate business through appointments and field sales.

Existing industry connections will be an added advantage.
