Store Revenue & Sales Performance

• Drive overall store revenue and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Monitor individual and team sales performance and align with business goals

• Focus on high-value couture and bespoke sales, especially wedding and occasion wear

• Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversions

• Client Engagement & Luxury Experience





• Deliver a highly personalized and premium luxury retail experience to every client

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with robust follow-ups and engagement

• Understand client lifestyles, occasions, and wardrobe requirements in depth

• Couture & Bespoke Sales Leadership

• Lead couture and bespoke sales across the store

• Drive sales through strong product knowledge, storytelling, and personalization

• Support team in converting high-value clients and closing sales effectively

• Ensure achievement of individual and store-level revenue targets

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maintain high performance standards

• Monitor individual performance and provide structured feedback and training

• Ensure adherence to grooming, behavior, and brand service standards

Demonstrate strong understanding of garment construction including:
