Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead an IGCSE school, drive academic excellence, develop a high-performing faculty, and ensure effective school operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and academic leadership for the school.

Drive effective implementation of the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum .

Lead, mentor and develop teachers and academic leaders.

Monitor academic performance, teaching quality and student outcomes.

Ensure student well-being, safeguarding and discipline.

Oversee day-to-day school operations and statutory compliance.

Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.





Work with the management on school growth and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

~ Master's degree in Education or relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.

~1015+ years of experience in school education, including leadership experience.

~ Prior experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School in an IGCSE/Cambridge school.

~ Robust understanding of Cambridge curriculum and assessment.

~ Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

~ Strong strategic thinking and people-management abilities.

~ Passion for progressive, learner-centric education.
