We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Business Development Manager — Oil & Gas to drive market expansion and revenue growth in the assigned region. The role focuses on developing new business, strengthening key customer and channel relationships, and building a robust project pipeline in the Oil & Gas segment, including refineries, petrochemicals, gas processing, fertilizer, and related process industries. The candidate will own the complete business development cycle — from market strategy and opportunity creation to order closure — while working closely with cross-functional teams and, where applicable, guiding the sales team to achieve business objectives.





Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Oil & Gas segment in the assigned region

Drive revenue growth, order intake, and market share expansion in refineries, petrochemicals, gas processing, fertilizer, and related process industries

Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners

Develop and manage the channel partner and distributor network

Track upcoming projects, tenders, shutdown opportunities, and plant expansion plans to build a healthy project pipeline

Work closely with major consultants and project influencers for vendor registration, approval, and specification inclusion

Lead techno-commercial discussions, proposal strategy, and negotiations

Coordinate with internal teams (application engineering, service, order processing, factory) for proposal support

Guide the sales engineering team on strategic accounts and clo
