Location: Chennai, India (sales responsibility across Chennai, Hyderabad & Coimbatore)

Compensation: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives + ESOPs (vesting)

Engage customers across every channel — calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email — to understand the occasion and recommend the right creation

Own inbound inquiries end to end, with fast, polished, on-brand responses

Build outbound and B2B pipeline — corporate gifting, bulk orders, recurring accounts — for predictable growth beyond walk-in demand

Know the full product range and pricing cold

Keep the CRM immaculate — every lead and interaction logged





Take part in sales training and help organize promotional events

Languages: Telugu, Tamil, and English — all three required, since you'll be selling across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Coimbatore. Hindi is a welcome bonus.

~0–2 years of sales experience; retail, hospitality, or food-service background is a plus. Sharp freshers with genuine hustle are welcome.

~ Comfortable using social media as a sales channel

~ Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

~ 18,000–₹25,000/month plus a structured performance incentive plan that every sales executive is on — consistent performers earn meaningfully above base
