We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales skilled to identify, engage, and close business deals with corporate clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with corporate accounts, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and client feedback to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Track key sales metrics, funnel health, and conversion ratios to drive data-led decisions.

Work closely with the client servicing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high NPS, and strong renewal rates.

Build, mentor,



and manage a high-performing corporate sales team.

Set clear targets, review performance regularly, and drive accountability across the team.

Build and manage a healthy, aggressive pipeline for Corporate Sales across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Own end-to-end sales closures, including large deal negotiations and final ticket closures.

Lead RFQ responses, commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract closures.

Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and closure of all sales tickets.

8+ years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales with a proven track record of large deal closures.

~ Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling sales teams.

~ Strong analytical thinking combined with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

~ Experience in wellness, healthcare, SaaS, or benefits sales is a strong plus.
