About the Role Suraksha24 is building a technology-enabled 24×7 electronic alarm monitoring platform for businesses, banks, NBFCs, institutions, offices, factories, retail establishments and other commercial premises.
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Associates who can develop recent customers, conduct field visits, explain our security solutions and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Identify potential business customers within the assigned territory.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, local business directories and cold calling.
Develop relationships with business owners, branch managers, facility managers and decision-makers.
2. Field Sales
Visit prospective customers and understand their security requirements.
Explain Suraksha24's 24×7 alarm monitoring service and benefits.
Conduct product/service demonstrations.
Prepare quotations and follow up until conversion.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
3. Customer Acquisition
Explain subscription plans, installation process and service terms.
Identify opportunities for multiple-site customers.
Develop long-term relationships with customers.
Generate referrals from existing customers.
4. Market Development
Map businesses and institutions within the assigned territory.
Identify areas with high potential for alarm monitoring.
Monitor competitor offerings and pricing.
Provide market feedback to management.
5. Coordination
Coordinate with the technical/installation team for new installations.
Ensure customer information and site requirements are correctly communicated.
Follow up after installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
