We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and other technical materials.

Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, API references, FAQs, and release notes.

Ensure all content aligns with our style guide, tone of voice, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills/Experience

~2-7 years of technical writing experience

~ Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English)

~ Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

~ Experience with documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

~ Experience with HTML, CSS, and XML is a plus.

~ Knowledge of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle is a plus.

~ Should be able to converse in English and Malayalam.
