About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager to manage procurement operations for our hotel and restaurant business in Noida.

The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience in the hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B; industry , with strong knowledge of food & beverage procurement, vendor management, negotiation, quality control, and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement for hotel and restaurant operations.

Source and purchase food ingredients, beverages, groceries, fresh produce, dairy, meat, seafood, bakery items, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and other operational requirements .

Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
