About the Role
As a Sales Executive at GrowthX Estates, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, providing suitable property recommendations, and converting leads into successful sales.
The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and passionate about building a career in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and handle leads through calls, follow-ups, and other sales activities.
- Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide qualified property consultations.
- Explain property projects, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and move leads through the sales process.
- Negotiate and assist clients through the booking and closure process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Stay updated on Gurgaon real estate projects, market trends, and developments.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
