- 5+ Solid experience supporting macOS environments in enterprise organizations.n

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Manage, configure, and support Apple Mac devices using MDM solutions.n
- Provide L2/L3 support for macOS device management, security, and compliance issues.n
- Deploy applications, policies, configuration profiles, and security controls across managed devices.n
- Perform device enrollment, provisioning, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management.n
- Troubleshoot complex macOS, application, and device management issues.n
- Work closely with IT, Security, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless user experience.n
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.n

- Strong hands-on experience with at least one or more MDM platforms:n
- Microsoft Intunen
- Omnissa Workspace ONEn
- Jamf Pron

nDeep understanding of macOS administration and troubleshooting.

- Experience with:n
- Apple Business Manager (ABM)n
- Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP)n
- FileVaultn
- Configuration Profilesn
- Software Packaging & Deploymentn

nScripting expertise in:

- n
- Shell (Bash/Zsh)n
- Pythonn
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).n
- Experience in security compliance and device hardening.n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.n
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.n
- Target Profile: macOS Engineer / Apple Administrator / MDM Administrator / UEM Engineer with strong Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf expertise and Shell/Python scripting experience.n
