About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Consultant with 0 – 3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, lead generation, or database/data solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with B2B decision-makers, understanding their prospecting and campaign requirements, and presenting Demand NXT’s Prospect Database Solutions to help businesses reach their target audience and promote their products/services effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through outbound calling, LinkedIn, email, and other sales channels.
- Connect with key decision-makers, business owners, CXOs,



Sales & Marketing Heads, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Understand the client's target market, industry, geography, designation, and campaign requirements.
- Present and explain DemandNxt's B2B Prospect Database Solutions and their business value.
- Conduct product/service demos and sales presentations through calls or online meetings.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into prospects.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for database requirements, delivery, and client support.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
