Role Description The Field Sales Executive – Beverages role at Teepi Taap is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves visiting retail outlets, cafes, and other sales points to drive product placement, visibility, and volume growth. The Field Sales Executive will build and maintain relationships with distributors and store owners, negotiate shelf space,



and execute in-market promotions and sampling activities. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, collecting market feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and providing accurate reporting to the sales leadership team. The role also requires supporting new product launches, ensuring timely replenishment of stock, and representing Teepi Taap’s brand values in all customer interactions.
Qualifications

Experience in field sales, preferably in beverages, FMCG, or consumer lifestyle products, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and sustain relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners, and manage assigned territories effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products clearly and handle objections in person.
Proficiency in using mobile or web-based tools for sales tracking, reporting, and basic data analysis.
